Roofing marketing pricing that actually makes sense
A flat $500 monthly base covers everything most roofing companies need. Per-lead fees on top are based on your average job value and close rate. So you only pay more when we deliver more. No contracts. No setup fees. No games.
Most roofing marketing agencies hide their pricing. We do not.

Try this experiment. Visit the top ten roofing marketing agency websites. See how many of them show you a number before you book a sales call. The answer is almost none.
That is not a coincidence. Most agencies hide their pricing because it lets them charge every client a different amount based on what they think you can afford. We think that is a bad way to start a relationship.
Here is what the industry actually charges, based on current 2026 benchmarks.
Some agencies tier their pricing: $750 to $1,500 a month for a basic package, $1,500 to $3,500 for a mid-level retainer, and $3,500+ for anything resembling a full-service engagement.² Most lock you into 6 to 12 month contracts.² Very few tie their fee to whether they actually deliver leads.
Our pricing works differently. You pay a flat $500 a month for the core work. The website, the hosting, the SEO, the content, the reporting. That number does not change whether you get 5 leads in a month or 50. On top of that, you pay a per-lead fee based on what each lead is actually worth to your business. That structure does two things.
First, it gives you a predictable baseline cost for the assets we build. Second, it puts our skin in the game. We do not get paid more unless you get more leads. We think that is how marketing partnerships should work.

How per-lead pricing works
Here is the formula we use to calculate your per-lead price. Every prospect sees the same formula. Your inputs are what make your number different. Let’s see some examples.

Roof repair lead pricing example
Average job value: $1,200
Close rate: 40%
Lead price: $48
Monthly: 10 leads = $480 in lead fees + $500 base = $980 total

Roof replacement lead pricing example
Average job value: $10,000⁴
Close rate: 25%
Lead price: $250
Monthly: 10 leads = $2,500 in lead fees + $500 base = $3,000 total

Commercial roofing leads pricing example
Average job value: $35,000
Close rate: 15%
Lead price: $525
Monthly: 4 leads = $2,100 in lead fees + $500 base = $2,600 total
What we do NOT do (and why)
Just to be clear.
Google Ads management
PPC for roofing is a specialty, and doing it well requires dedicated account management and a completely different skill set than SEO. If you need PPC, we can recommend people who do it right. When we launch PPC as a service, you will be the first to know.
Social media
We do not manage your social media. If you want daily posts, reels, or a community manager responding to Facebook comments, we are not the right fit. We focus on the marketing channels that actually generate leads for roofers: SEO, local search, and your website.
Canvassing
We do not handle storm chasing, door knocking, or canvassing. We are a digital marketing company. When a homeowner in your area searches for a roofer, we make sure they find you. What happens after the lead comes in is your job.
Guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads. Nobody legitimately can. Lead volume depends on your market, your service area, and how competitive local search is in your region. What we guarantee is transparency, tracking, and the fact that you only pay for real leads that come in. If the leads do not come in, you do not pay for them.
Frequently asked questions about pay-per-lead roofing pricing
Straight answers to the things you actually want to know before spending a dollar.
How does lead billing work?
Every lead that comes in through your website or tracking number is logged automatically. At the end of each month, we send you an itemized statement showing every lead, the source, and the price. You pay the total at the end of the month. No upfront charges for leads that have not come in yet.
What if I get a bad lead?
Flag it and we review it. Wrong numbers, solicitors, job seekers looking for work, and inquiries from outside your service area do not count. We record every phone call, so there is no debate about what happened. We listen to the call, you listen to the call, and we settle it based on facts. Bad leads get removed from your bill.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Everything is month to month. We earn your business every 30 days. Most agencies lock clients into 6 to 12 month contracts because they know their work does not produce results fast enough to earn the next month on merit.² We believe if we are not delivering, you should be able to walk away.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. Your domain, your website, your content. All of it is yours. We hand off admin access and you can continue running the site yourself, hire another agency, or move it to another platform. No exit fees. No penalties. No hostage situations.
Are there setup fees?
No. The $500/month covers the initial site build and all ongoing work. Some agencies charge $3,000 to $10,000 upfront for "onboarding" or "design fees" before any marketing happens.⁵ We do not. Your first month is the same as your fiftieth month.
What if my close rate changes?
The formula adjusts with you. If you improve your sales process and your close rate jumps from 25% to 35%, your lead price goes up proportionally. But so does your revenue per lead. The math stays in your favor. If your close rate drops, your lead price drops too. We re-baseline the calculation every quarter based on your actual numbers.
Do you offer a cheaper package for smaller roofing companies?
The $500/month base is already priced to be accessible for one and two-truck operations. We do not offer a "lite" tier because the work we do at $500/month is the minimum required to actually rank a roofing site. Cutting corners below that means cutting the things that make SEO work. Better to charge a fair, flat price and deliver results than to undercut and under-deliver.
What is a realistic monthly investment?
Most of our clients land between $800 and $2,500 per month all-in (base plus lead fees), depending on how many leads they want and what type of work they do. A residential replacement-focused roofer running at 15 leads per month typically invests around $3,000/month total. A repair-focused roofer at 10 leads per month typically invests around $980/month. Use the calculator above to see what your number looks like.
How does this compare to what I am paying Angi or HomeAdvisor?
Most roofing companies spending $1,500+/month on shared lead platforms are paying more per won job than they would with us. Because shared leads close at 5–15% vs. 15–40% for exclusive leads.⁶ The difference is not the sticker price per lead. It is the close rate. Run the math on your actual Angi numbers and compare.
