Hi, I'm Patrick. I build marketing systems for roofers who are tired of getting burned.

I founded my first agency, RapidWebLaunch, in Toronto back in 2013. Thirteen years later, I've built websites and run SEO campaigns for businesses across 47 different industries in North America. 100’s of portfolio projects. 94% client retention.

I've worked with roofers. I've also worked with pest control companies, dental practices, custom trailer manufacturers, site contractors, lawyers, restaurants, therapists, plumbers, and just about every other type of small business you can think of. After 13 years of doing it all, I'm doubling down on one industry. Roofing.

Why roofing?

Honestly? Because most roofers are getting absolutely fleeced by their marketing agencies, and I've watched it happen one too many times.

Roofing is a high-stakes, high-ticket business. One residential replacement can be a five-figure job. A commercial contract can be six. The math on great SEO is genuinely incredible when it works, which is exactly why the industry is full of agencies charging $5,000, $8,000, even $15,000 a month while delivering vague reports and a "trust the process" attitude that drags on for a year before anyone notices the leads never showed up.

I'm not interested in any of that. I want to do real work for real roofers and get judged on the only metric that actually matters. Phone calls from people who need a roof.

How I work

One person does the work, and that person is me. There's no account manager passing your questions to a junior strategist who emails an offshore content team. When you call, you get me. When you have a question, I answer it.

No long-term contracts. If I'm not earning my fee, you walk. No clawback, no penalty, no awkward conversation about contract terms.

ROI math up front. Before you ever sign anything, I'll walk you through the actual numbers. Average job value, close rate, position uplift, projected lead volume. If the math doesn't work for your business, I'll tell you it doesn't work and we won't move forward. Wasting your money is bad for both of us.

Reporting that means something. Not "we got you 40 keywords on page 2 this month." Phone calls. Form submissions. Booked jobs. The stuff that actually matters when you're trying to keep crews busy and trucks rolling through storm season.

The personal stuff

I'm originally from Montreal. I founded my first company in Toronto. My wife is from Ecuador. We live in Mexico now.

I like hockey and craft beer.

I run this business from my iPad. I work fast. I respond quickly. I don't hide behind processes or paperwork or polished sales decks.

If that sounds like a way of working you'd actually enjoy, let's talk.
