Let me get the awkward part out of the way: this list is written by one of the companies on it. I run The Roofer SEO Company. You should treat every word I write about my own service with the same skepticism you would bring to any agency’s sales page.
So here is the deal I will make with you. Every factual claim about a competitor below links to their own website or published materials, checked at the time of writing. I will tell you who each company is genuinely good for, including the cases where that is them and not us. And where a company does something better than we do, I will say so.
How to actually judge a roofing SEO company
Rankings of “best agencies” are usually pay-to-play. Instead of a ranking, judge every candidate, including us, on five questions:
- Do they specialize in roofing? Specialists skip the learning curve you would otherwise fund.
- Do they publish pricing? Hidden pricing means the number depends on what they think you can pay.
- What are the contract terms? Month to month keeps an agency earning your business. Long contracts protect slow results.
- Who owns the work? Your site, domain, content, and rankings should be yours when you leave. No exceptions.
- Will they take your competitors? Most agencies will happily rank three roofers in the same city against each other. Ask directly.

The Roofer SEO Company (us)
The model: One flat plan, $3,500 a month, everything included: website build, hosting, local SEO, content, technical SEO, and a lead-tracking dashboard. Month to month, no setup fees, and you own everything. One roofing company per service area, so your competitors cannot hire us while you are a client. Full details are public on our pricing page.
Who it fits: Established roofing companies doing $1M+ a year with a crew of five or more, who want one predictable number and a locked market.
Who it does not fit: Startups, one-truck operations, and anyone who wants social media management or door-knocking support. We also do not manage Google Ads yet, and if PPC is your priority, one of the companies below is a better call. More on how I work in the founder post.
Roofing Webmasters
The model: Roofing Webmasters is the volume specialist. Fort Worth based, 16+ years in, claiming over 1,000 roofing companies served. They advertise “$99 to start,” month-to-month plans, and openly warn roofers against long-term contracts, which we respect. Their proprietary DataPins software lets your crew pin completed jobs with photos and geo-coordinates onto your site, generating location content and review requests automatically.
Who it fits: Budget-minded roofers who want a true roofing specialist with a low barrier to entry, and companies that will actually use DataPins in the field. The jobsite-content flywheel is genuinely clever, and it is something we do not offer.
What to check: At 1,000+ clients, you are buying a productized system, not a boutique engagement. Ask how many clients your account manager handles and whether they serve competitors in your market.
Hook Agency
The model: Hook Agency is the brand-builder. Minneapolis based, focused on roofing and trades, with a serious content operation: weekly videos, podcasts, and design-forward websites. They publish roofer SEO pricing up to $4,800 a month and say plainly they fit “growth-mode contractors over 2M+” in revenue. That kind of candor about who they are for is rare, and it is the same philosophy we run.
Who it fits: Contractors past $2M who want to look like the market leader and will invest in brand content alongside SEO. Their design work makes roofing companies look bigger than they are, in a good way.
What to check: The floor is high. If you are under $2M, they say themselves that the investment is significant. Ask what happens to content production if you pause.
Blue Corona (now RYNO Strategic Solutions)
The model: Blue Corona is the home-services heavyweight. Maryland based, working across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and the rest of home services since 2008, recently merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions. Full stack: SEO, paid media, websites, call answering, and their own analytics platform with call tracking and revenue attribution. No published pricing.
Who it fits: Multi-location roofers and franchises that want SEO, paid ads, and lead handling under one roof, with reporting built for an operator who thinks in revenue, not rankings.
What to check: Roofing is one of a dozen industries they serve, and enterprise machinery can be a lot for a single-location company. Get the price and scope in writing early, since it is not public.
Marketing 360
The model: Marketing 360 is the generalist platform. Software plus a dedicated marketing team, claiming 40,000+ businesses served since 2009 across every kind of small business, contractors included. If you have searched “roofer marketing 360,” this is the company. No published pricing.
Who it fits: Owners who want one login for their website, CRM, ads, and reputation management, and value the all-in-one convenience over deep roofing specialization.
What to check: You are one of tens of thousands of accounts across every industry, so ask to see roofing-specific results and who on your team has ranked a roofer before. Platform lock-in is the other question: confirm in writing what you keep if you leave.

The honest summary
- Tightest budget, wants a specialist: Roofing Webmasters.
- $2M+ and building a brand: Hook Agency.
- Multi-location or franchise: Blue Corona (RYNO).
- Wants everything on one platform: Marketing 360.
- $1M+, wants one flat number, everything included, and a locked market: us.
Notice what that list is not: a claim that we are the best choice for every roofer. We are the best fit for a specific kind of roofing company, and the other names exist because other kinds of roofers exist.
Whoever you talk to, run the five questions from the top of this post, and read our guide on what roofing SEO should cost before you evaluate anyone’s quote, including ours.

Frequently asked questions
- Who is the best SEO company for roofers?
- There is no single best, only best fits. Budget-minded single-location roofers lean toward productized specialists like Roofing Webmasters. Growth-mode brands over $2M often fit Hook Agency's content-heavy model. Multi-location operations fit home-services agencies like Blue Corona (RYNO). Established $1M+ roofers who want one flat all-inclusive plan with market exclusivity are who we built The Roofer SEO Company for.
- How much do roofing SEO companies charge?
- Verified published examples in 2026: Roofing Webmasters advertises $99 to start with month-to-month terms, Hook Agency publishes roofer SEO pricing up to $4,800 a month for contractors over $2M in revenue, and we charge a flat $3,500 a month with everything included. Most agencies publish no pricing at all, which tells you something about how they negotiate.
- Should I hire a roofing specialist or a general marketing agency?
- A specialist already knows the keywords, the seasonality, the storm dynamics, and what roofing content converts, so you skip paying for their learning curve. A generalist can still do good work, but ask them to show you roofing results specifically. If they cannot, you are the experiment.
- What should I check before signing with any SEO company?
- Five things: whether you own your website and content if you leave, contract length and exit terms, who actually does the work, whether they take your competitors as clients, and how they track leads rather than just rankings. Any agency that fails the ownership question should be an automatic no.
